The NBA season will be finished in 3 days. However, that does not mean that big money isn’t avaiable in DraftKings NBA. Monday night features a full slate of games around the league, with many games of importance for the playoffs. Let’s get to tonight’s DraftKings NBA targets for guards.
NBA DraftKings Playbook Targets – Guards – April 10, 2017
James Harden – $12,300
Most people thought the Rockets would rest their stars with the playoff positioning set. No one passed the message to Harden. Harden is playing as if the Rockets are fighting for a playoff spot coming down the stretch.
He has had three straight games of over 60 DraftKings points, with 75 against Sacramento yesterday. The Rockets vowed to not rest guys, and are sticking to that idea. Harden should get his usual big minutes & do well against the Clippers. The Clippers feature a defense that has allowed an average of 60 DraftKings NBA points to Harden in three previous matchups this year.
Isaiah Thomas – $8,300
Boston & Cleveland will fight to the last day for the top spot in the East. That alone means Thomas will get big minutes against a horrible Brooklyn Nets team.
For the Celtics to get to the NBA Finals, team needs home court advantage through the playoffs. Thomas will play big to not let the Celtics lose an easy one. The Nets are 28th in overall defense this season & have not stopped Thomas at any point – allowing 41 DraftKings NBA average points in two meetings Thomas started.
The narrative won’t change tonight. Thomas should be a big time DraftKings NBA target.
C.J. McCollum – $6,900
The Blazers need one more win to clinch the 8th seed in the West. The Spurs don’t care since their playoff fate is set. Look for Pop to rest players like he normally does. McCollum will be in line for a big night at a great value.
Avery Bradley – $6,100
Bradley plays in a high pace game on Monday night against Brooklyn. Brooklyn will play for next season & the Celtics have a chance to get the #1 seed after the Cavs lost on Sunday.
Bradley will get strong minutes & after having over 25 DraftKings points in 3 of his last 4 games, he is a strong target. With the bulk of the attention on Thomas, the Nets are prone to leaving Bradley open to create offensively. Bradley averaged 35 DraftKings points per game in 3 meetings against Brooklyn this year.
